What happens after my 2 free PDFs?

You keep everything you've already generated. Uploading a new chapter needs a paid plan; nothing in your library is touched.

When am I charged? How does renewal work?

You're charged as soon as you subscribe, then again every billing period until you cancel. We email you before each renewal, and cancelling any time stops the next one.

Is tax included in the price?

Your subscription is sold and billed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Dodo Payments takes the payment, adds any tax due where you live, and sends your receipt, so its name is what appears on your statement. NoteKit itself is supplied by Taweed Establishment.

Can I switch between Weekly, Monthly, and Pro?

Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately after a one-time prorated payment. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, with no extra charge.

How do I cancel?

Open your account page. Click "Manage subscription". Click "Cancel": no calls, no emails.

What's your refund policy?

Your right to cancel (UK and EU customers): you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to change your mind and cancel, without giving a reason. If you ask us to start your subscription straight away (which we do so you can use NoteKit immediately), you keep that right, but if you cancel we may charge you a fair amount for the part of the period you had access to. Any study kits you generated remain yours. To cancel, use the Cancel button on your account page.

Do I keep my kits after cancelling?

Yes. Your kits stay in your library after cancelling; new uploads just go back to the free plan's limit until you resubscribe. Only deleting your account removes existing kits.
